Our July 28, 2011 meeting was held at Jensen Grove and a picnic
was enjoyed by all. The club provided fried chicken, a drink was
provided by Mary Woods and potluck dishes provided by members.
There was a fabric exchange of 6" neutral blocks which will be used in
a class sometime next year. Friendship block packets were handed out
for Lorraine Troescher, a member since 1992.
She would like a 6" finished block using Kansas Troubles,
Thimbleberries, Jo Morton or Civil War fabrics so she can make
a scrappy quilt.
