Our Christmas party was started with a welcome from President Lori Jarmin. A few announcements were made about upcoming classes. Charity Day will be the 2nd Thursday in January (8th), 9:00 am - 3:00 p.m.
Lunch will be provided by the club.
A potluck was held with ham donated by the club and members bringing sides, salads and desserts.
Connie Tabor talked about her visit to the Humanitarian Center in Idaho Falls,
next to Office Max (the old Rite Aid building), near Fred Meyers. They will be happy to take donations of fabric and almost anything else! They especially need twin size quilts. They are open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Drawings for the raffle items were then held. Those that helped on the raffle quilt by making blocks, selling tickets during the fair, buying tickets and helping make the quilts from the leftover blocks had tickets in the drawing.
The winner of this quilt (quilted by Connie Tabor) was Alice Baumgarter, who was one of the members in charge of making this quilt along with Mary Woods and Madge Lindsay. The other quilt made from the leftover blocks was won by Betty Watt, who was unable to attend due to illness.
An ironing table was raffled and won by Peggy Wareing.

A fat quarter exchange was held by listening to a story about Mr. & Mrs.
Right. Each table did their own exchange and a fun time was had by all.

Dashing through the store
