PIECEMAKERS' QUILT CLUB PICNIC

The annual summer picnic was held today at Jensen Grove. A getting to know you game was played upon arrival. We had lots of food and a fun group of members and 3 guests.

Our Raffle Quilt which was machine quilted by LeeAnn Price was shown.  Joyce Brower had ticket packets and all members were encouraged to help sell.  She will start sign-ups next month for times to sell at the
Eastern Idaho State Fair in September.

Lori introduced the start of our block of the month, with Candy High (left)
doing the first month with her block called
"New England"

A drawing was held for the "Getting to Know You" segment.
Serena Yancey (left) told about herself.  She was one of 10 children and has lived in Blackfoot area all her life.  She works part time and is very involved in "Relay for Life".

Alice Baumgartner (right) and her husband own Blackfoot Paint and Glass,
