FEBRUARY MEETING

Lori Jarmin started the meeting with the announcements.

There is a quilt show in Filer, Idaho on April 11, 2015 -10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. , and April 12, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  For more information, go to their blog at:  http://desertsagequiltersofmagicvalley.blogspot.com.

Julia Wareing talked about her upcoming class (March 5) on the Moda Love quilt.  She had handouts for those taking the class.

The block of the month (Antique Tile Block) was presented by Julie Martin.

Editha VanOrden tells about the library books and library cards.

Three packages were offered to the membership from the library.  They are books wrapped in a fat quarter.  Those volunteering to take the books, get to keep the fat quarter, but in return they have a choice of three things:

1.  do a book report 
2.  make a project from the book
3.  do a demo from the book for the next few meetings.

Two women from the Snake River Library came to do a demo on the Accu-Cut 
die machine that they have in their library.
